​Do I need my own event insurance?

It is strongly recommended that event hosts obtain their own Event Liability insurance.

Do you have a sound system?

Yes, we have a strategically placed Bluetooth surround sound speaker system. Guests are welcome to connect and play their own playlist, or, have their DJ connect and play their music.

What is your capacity?

Our venue has a spacious lobby and a large party room. We can comfortably seat 80 guests and 120 standing.

Can I bring food from outside?

Yes, guests are more than welcome to bring food from home or catered from outside. You cannot however cook on-site with an open flame or fryer of any sort as to pose a fire risk.

Can I do my gender reveal here?

Absolutely, we would love to host your gender reveal. However, please kindly note that smoke bombs, smoke grenades and glitter are not permitted.

Can I bring my own decor?

Yes, you can bring anything you like as long as it is not stapled, nailed into the wall or makes any sort of mark / hole.

Can I pick the color for the perimeter lighting?

Yes, let us know and we will set it for you.

​

Can I serve alcohol and do I need bartenders with Smart Serve?

Yes, you need to obtain an SOP and follow it's guidelines regarding bartenders.
